The ACT Government has today announced that restrictions have been eased for Kambah Pool and Murray’s Corner, after both were closed due to poor water quality.
Further water quality testing conducted by ACT Health has shown that quality has returned to a safe level and swimming can resume, the Government today announced.
“Canberrans can now enjoy swimming at these locations as well as other popular spots such as the Cotter, Point Hut Crossing, Pine Island and Uriarra East. Alternatively, check out one of the ACT’s public pools or aquatic centres this summer,” the ACT Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate said in a statement.
