It is believed a dark coloured Toyota Corolla was travelling along Warana Drive and turned south into Hallam Road when it struck a pedestrian about 6.40am, Police said in a statement today.

“A Hampton Park man was crossing at a pedestrian crossing at the time of the collision and knocked to the ground,” Police said.

“He was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The sedan failed to stop at the scene and assist the man.”
