Police appeal for mystery caller in missing man case

Queensland Police are asking for public assistance to help locate an 88-year-old man missing from Mudgeeraba.

Ronald Ingle (pictured) is believed to have left the Mudgeeraba area around 10.15am on Sunday in a green 2001 Toyota Camry with Queensland Registration 408GPG.

“Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition which causes him to be confused and agitated,” Police said in a statement.

Ronald is described as Caucasian in appearance, 180cm in height with a solid build, he is bald on the top of his head with white hair around the sides.

He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, chequered brown shorts and sandals.

“Police are urging Ronald, or anyone else with information on his whereabouts, to contact them.”

“They are specifically appealing to a female caller who rang his residence saying she’d picked him earlier today and dropped him at a local hospital, to contact Policelink on 131 444,” Police said.
