A man will face court today charged with sexual violence offences allegedly committed against young music students in Sydney’s south-west.
Detectives from Campbelltown City Police Area Command are conducting inquiries after receiving reports a music teacher had sexually abused two young girls on separate occasions in the early 2000s.
Following extensive inquiries, a 52-year-old man was arrested at Campbelltown Police Station on December 22nd.
He was charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault. Police will allege in court that the man sexually abused a 13-year-old female student in 2001 and a five-year-old female student in 2004/5 during private music lessons at a home at Englorie Park.
The Campbelltown man was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court today.
