WA Police are seeking information regarding a hit-and-run crash in Warnbro last Thursday that left a 78-year-old man with serious injuries.
Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section say that at around 3.20pm on November 3rd, a man was walking his dog along Currie Street near the intersection of Evans Street.
“As he was about to step onto the kerb he was struck by a motorcycle travelling south on Currie Street,” WA Police said in a statement today.
The rider of the motorcycle did not stop and was last seen speeding along Currie Street.
“The pedestrian, a 78-year-old man was struck by the motorcycle to his lower left leg causing serious leg injuries and he was conveyed by ambulance to hospital for treatment,” Police said.
