A 58-year-old man has been charged with an alleged domestic assault offence in Sydney’s east.
NSW Police say that at around 10am today, officers were called to a home on Imperial Avenue in Bondi following reports of a domestic dispute.
“On arrival, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command spoke to a 31-year-old woman with facial injuries, allegedly as a result of an altercation with a 58-year-old man known to her,” Police said in a statement.
The 58-year-old man was arrested and taken to Waverley Police Station, where he was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Waverley Local Court on Thursday July 11th.
