NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to find an 81-year-old man missing from Sydney’s south west.
Wing Chiu Kung (pictured) was last seen leaving his Cabarita Road, Cabarita home about 9am yesterday.
“Officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were alerted to his disappearance after he failed to return home from shopping and have commenced inquiries to locate him,” NSW Police said in a statement.
“Mr Kung lives with dementia and does not speak English.”
He is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall with a skinny build and short grey hair.
He is known to wear dark coloured black or green clothing.
As inquiries continue into Mr Kungs’ whereabouts, police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
