Police are seeking assistance to help locate 64-year-old Shane Rogers, who went missing from Hospital Boulevard, Southport around 1pm today.
He is wearing blue jeans and a grey hooded zip jumper at the time he disappeared, Queensland Police said in a statement.
“Police and family hold concerns for Shane’s safety and wellbeing as he suffers from a medical condition and may be confused.”
Shane is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cms tall, with a slim build, grey hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen Shane or has any information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
