Police are searching for 16-year-old Jack (pictured), who has not returned to his Marty Street, East Innisfail home since April 13.
Jack may have travelled to Cairns or Atherton and concerns are held for his safety due to his age and because his disappearance is out of character.
He is described as Caucasian, 160cm tall, slim build with brown hair. Police urge Jack, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to contact police.
