Victoria Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing teenage girl.
The 17-year-old, named Mia, was last seen in Darley on December 27 but Police say she has since contacted a family member on January 2. Her whereabouts, however, remains unknown.
Mia is described as 170cm tall with a thin build and dark curly hair. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and grey shorts.
Mia is known to frequent the Bacchus Marsh, Melton, CBD, Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park and Cranbourne areas.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions.
