Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing 83-year-old man.
The man, named Leon (pictured) was last seen at a medical facility on Princes Highway, Werribee about 11.45am yesterday.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Leon due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Leon in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Leon or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
