Victoria Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing 83-year-old Richmond man.
Jose (pictured) was last seen at a home in Docker Street, Richmond on Thursday, 2 December about 2.30pm.
“Police and family have concerns for Jose as he has Alzheimer’s disease, and his disappearance is out of character,” Victoria Police said in a statement today.
Jose, who is also known as Joe, is known to frequent Swan and Church streets in Richmond and has been known to travel via tram to Chapel Street in Prahran.
He is described as Caucasian, 168cm tall, a slim build, with thinning white hair, a white beard, and grey-coloured eyes.
Police have released an image of Jose and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Richmond Police Station on 8420 3600.
