A 3.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded in southern NSW this morning, about 90 kilometres out to sea off Batemans Bay.
Geoscience Australia recorded the earthquake just before 8am today.
The quake had a depth of 10 kilometres and poses no tsunami threat, Geoscience Australia said.
It follows a powerful 5.6 magnitude earthquake in Indonesia’s West Java province that has killed more than 160 people and injured many more.
