11-year-old boy and girl still missing

Police have renewed their public appeal to help locate a girl and boy, both aged 11, who are missing from the Gold Coast.

The children were last seen at a service station on Peachey Road, Ormeau around 8.30pm on Saturday night (October 10).

Police and family hold concerns for their welfare due to their young age.

The girl has a slim build, with long dark brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-coloured singlet, floral shorts and joggers.

The boy is Aboriginal and approximately 160cm tall with a solid build, olive complexion, brown eyes and short black hair, with blonde on top.

The boy was last seen wearing white shorts and no shirt.

The children are believed to frequent locations including Main Beach, Southport and Surfers Paradise.

Anyone who has seen them or has information regarding their whereabouts is urged to contact police.
