Have you seen parcel thief?

Cardinia Crime Investigation Unit detectives need your help to identify a man who they allege stole parcels from six homes across Officer and Pakenham earlier this month.

Victoria Police have released CCTV footage of the man they wish to speak to. He is described as caucasian with short brown hair, has a distinctive tattoo on his right forearm and was wearing a white t-shirt with dark pants.

“He was seen traveling in a black BWM X5 wagon with fake number plates,” Police said in a statement.

Investigators say parcels were stolen from at least six homes in Kiama Street and Grandvue Boulevard in Officer and Harrison Way in Pakenham on 7 April.
