Manning-Great Lakes Police District officers were called out to deal with a four-legged bovine offender recently.
NSW Police says officers had received reports that ‘Bambi’ the bull had been wreaking havoc on a local roadway before then attempting a number of malicious damage offences on a local resident’s garden.
The officers took the bull by the horns, carefully negotiating a truce between Bambi and the garden bed.
“He wasn’t placed udder arrest, but was instead issued a Moooooove On direction and safely returned to his nearby residence,” NSW Police said in a post on social media.
We’d like to give the officers a (cow)pat on the back for their efforts – but that could get messy.
